Triple Berry Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup (frozen) blueberries
  • ½ cup (frozen) strawberries
  • ½ cup (frozen) raspberries
  • 1 cup squashed spinach
  • 2 medjool dates
  • 1 tbsp boabob (optional) (I use Organic Burst)
Toppings I used
  • Crushed almonds
  • Pumpkin seeds
  • Sunflower seeds
  • Almond butter
  • Cacao nibs
Method
  1. Put a bowl in the freezer.
  2. Place all of the ingredients in a food processer and blend.
  3. (Add almond milk or ice if the smoothie is too thick until the consistency is right to your personal taste).
  4. Pour the smoothie into your cold bowl and serve with toppings of your choice.
  5. Enjoy!
